Catherine Monahan

Based in Sydney, Catherine has over 24 years of on-screen experience, starting as an extra in films, TVCs and TV shows such as All Saints and Home & Away, while studying Acting for the Screen at Screenwise for over 2 years.
Catherine has progressed to various roles including medical training videos, as a lead patient role for in-house doctors training and a patient in ‘Be Antibiotics Aware’ for cinema and doctor’s offices.
Also music videos, including recently an older mother in ‘I Won’t Forget’ for country artist, Ben Walker and the older woman in Damien Leith’s ‘Beautiful 2012’, plays and musicals for local theatre, online ads, online apps, film, TV, short films and still shoots.
A neurodivergent older female with autism, Catherine continues to enjoy acting in a variety of different roles and knits for charity in her spare time.
